MHL CUSTOM

Blue FAST

MHL is a custom board shop out of Puerto Rico started by a gentleman from Lake Geneva (Leason family). Each board is custom designed and built for a customer based on how and where they use it. The Fontana Paddle Company commissioned MHL to design four fast boards for Geneva Lake. The Blue FAST has a counterpart currently being tested by the demo team. Super skinny, really long and built to fly like an arrow.

Red Pin

12’6”x28.5” ($2,499)

MHL is a custom board shop out of Puerto Rico started by a gentleman from Lake Geneva (Leason family). Each board is custom designed and built for a customer based on how and where they use it. The Fontana Paddle Company commissioned MHL to design four fast boards for Geneva Lake. The Red Pin is built for speed.  The Red Pin is wrapped in lightweight carbon-fiber and was computer designed to have perfect shape. A slightly convex bottom leading to soft rails make the displacement hull cut through water faster then a canoe. The pin tail adds a little extra speed. This board is built for an experienced paddler who wants to go fast and paddle efficiently.

White Square

MHL is a custom board shop out of Puerto Rico started by a gentleman from Lake Geneva (Leason family). Each board is custom designed and built for a customer based on how and where they use it. The Fontana Paddle Company commissioned MHL to design four fast boards for Geneva Lake. The White Square is very similar to the Red Pin but has a larger square tail. The square tail along with being an extra inch wide make the board more stable than the Red Pin. Very much built for speed and performance the White Square will take you farther faster.

The Race designs excel windier conditions and chop. The 12’6″ x 27.5 is used by Connor Baxter to win the prestigious Hawaiian races in the 12’6” class.  This is a very fast board with an extra stable width.

Blend

11’2″ x 30″ ($1,179)

The Blend provides glide for flat-water cruising, good stability for catching waves and exciting performance once up and riding.  The increased nose flip makes it easier for the novice’s first time into waves, without taking away from its exceptional glide qualities.

The Traverse is great entry level stand up paddle board with the versatility to go from flat lakes to the small ocean surf. The high nose rocker, thick water shedding profile and well rounded and forgiving sidewalls glide the board up and over waves and drops. This board has deep foot recess areas for increased stability and a textured standing surface to give you traction. It’s equipped with feature like a large hatch to secure gear and a removable fin that you will not find on any other SUP at this price.

Hop on the Ocean Kayak Nalu and do some paddle-boarding when the water’s calm. Once the wind kicks up and the chop starts, you can sit comfortably on the Nalu and paddle along the shore or ride the surf back in.
