Lake Geneva’s 1st Stand Up Paddleboard Fitness Classes

The act of balancing while paddling helps to train the body equally for strength, balance and power in a workout designed to keep your beach body year round.

Come out and burn calories while walking on water! 

Introduction to SUP Fitness | Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday | 9:30 am to 10:30 am

If you are new to SUP and are looking to check it out, this is the perfect way to dip your toe in the water (pardon the pun).  This class will demonstrate the proper use of the board and paddle, as well as introduce participants to basic paddle techniques that improve balance and strengthen the core. Come with a sense of adventure, a sense of humor, and prepared to get wet.

Fitness on Board | Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday | 8:00 am to 9:00 am

If you are comfortable in the water, are already involved in some type of exercise program, and have already experienced SUP, this is the class for you.  The class will challenge and improve balance and core strength.  Come prepared to work hard, have fun, and get wet.

Rates: Includes use of board, paddle, PFD and an hour of fun on the water
